The Adrenaline Adventure Walk – Full Day is designed for dogs who benefit from structured activity spread across the day, rather than a single long outing.

Dogs join us for both our morning and afternoon adventure walks, receiving a total of approximately three hours of exercise, split into two 1.5-hour blocks. This approach allows dogs to burn energy, rest, and re-engage — resulting in better balance, calmer behaviour, and a more satisfying day overall.

On a full-day adventure, your dog will:

• Join our morning Scratch n Sniff adventure walk

• Have time to rest and recover between outings

• Join our afternoon adventure walk

• Return home exercised, mentally fulfilled, and settled

By spreading exercise across the day, dogs avoid overstimulation while still receiving meaningful physical and mental enrichment.

 

Every Adrenaline Adventure Walk includes:

• Two structured adventure walks per day

• Around three hours of total exercise, split across morning and afternoon

• Small pack sizes – maximum of eight dogs

• Local routes to minimise van time

• Careful pack supervision across both outings

• Planned rest periods between walks

This format provides more depth and balance than a single long walk.

 

Splitting activity into two sessions allows dogs to:

• Regulate energy levels throughout the day

• Recover properly between walks

• Engage mentally without becoming overwhelmed

• Settle more naturally at home in the evening

For many dogs, this results in improved behaviour, better sleep, and reduced restlessness compared to one longer outing.

 

This full-day option is ideal for dogs who:

• Have higher energy levels

• Benefit from structured exercise twice per day

• Enjoy small-group social environments

• Are comfortable being out for the day

It may not be suitable for dogs who:

• Prefer shorter or less frequent walks

• Struggle with group environments

• Require one-on-one or specialist care

 

All dogs joining Paws on Tour begin with a Meet & Greet before attending a full-day walk.
