These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Paws on Tour. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Our services

Paws on Tour provides group adventure dog walking services, including half-day and full-day options.

All services are subject to availability and suitability assessment.

Meet & Greet requirement

All new dogs must complete a Meet & Greet before joining walks.

This allows us to assess suitability for group walks and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care.

Completion of a Meet & Greet does not guarantee ongoing availability or acceptance into walks.

Dog suitability

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • Your dog is generally sociable with other dogs and people

  • Your dog does not have a history of aggression

  • You have disclosed any relevant behavioural, medical, or health conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog is deemed unsuitable for group walks.

Health and safety

Dogs must be:

  • In good general health

  • Up to date with vaccinations appropriate to their age

  • Free from contagious illnesses

Female dogs in season cannot attend group walks.

Exercise and risk acknowledgement

Dog walking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Exposure to outdoor environments

  • Interaction with other dogs

  • Travel in vehicles

While we take all reasonable care to ensure safety, Paws on Tour is not liable for injury, illness, or loss except where required by law.

Pick-up and drop-off times

Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary due to:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Walk location

  • Pack composition

We prioritise calm, unrushed routines over strict timing.

Cancellations and changes

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.

Missed walks or late cancellations may be forfeited at our discretion, particularly for prepaid or reserved slots.

Payments

Payment must be made prior to or at the commencement of services.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash (correct amount required).

Photos and media

We may take photos of dogs during walks for use on our website or social media.

If you do not wish for your dog to appear in photos, please let us know in writing.

Service availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify services

  • Change schedules

  • Suspend or discontinue services due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons

We will communicate changes where reasonably possible.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws on Tour is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
