The 3 × Adrenaline Adventure Walk – Full Day option is designed for dogs who benefit from regular, structured activity spread across the day, without needing full-time weekday care.

By joining us for both our morning and afternoon adventure walks on three days per week, dogs receive approximately three hours of exercise per day, split into two 1.5-hour sessions. This balanced routine helps dogs release energy consistently, stay mentally engaged, and remain calmer at home on non-walk days.

This option suits dogs who thrive on routine, but don’t require daily full-day outings.

On each full-day adventure, your dog will:

• Join our morning Scratch n Sniff adventure walk

• Have time to rest and recover between outings

• Join our afternoon adventure walk

• Return home exercised, fulfilled, and settled

Splitting exercise into two sessions allows dogs to stay engaged without becoming overtired or overstimulated.

 

Every Adrenaline Adventure Walk includes:

• Three full days of care per week

• Two structured adventure walks per day

• Around three hours of total exercise per day, split across morning and afternoon

• Small pack sizes – maximum of eight dogs

• Local walking routes to minimise van time

• Careful pack supervision and management

• Planned rest periods between walks

Our focus is on balance, consistency, and calm group dynamics.

 

Walking twice per day on three set days each week allows dogs to:

• Maintain regular physical and mental stimulation

• Build familiarity with their walking companions

• Settle more easily at home between walk days

• Enjoy structure without full-time commitment

For many dogs, this option offers an excellent middle ground between flexibility and routine.

 

This option is ideal for dogs who:

• Benefit from consistent, structured exercise

• Enjoy extended time outdoors in small groups

• Have moderate to high energy levels

• Don’t require daily full-day care

It may not be suitable for dogs who:

• Need daily structured exercise

• Prefer shorter or less frequent walks

• Require one-on-one or specialist support

 

All dogs joining Paws on Tour begin with a Meet & Greet before attending full-day walks.
